Here at etb towers, we’ve been looking for ways recently to bring something new to our menu.

Sure, we’ve got our epic specials (have you had a CLUCK III yet?) and we run our “Are we outrageous?” reviews of each and every menu item throughout the year. But we wanted to bring you something that not only; banged hard from a flavour perspective, but was easy on the wallet too.

Too often when dreaming up new ideas, we can get stuck in a rut trying to reinvent the flavour wheel or try too hard to create something new that it’s edging towards something that Heston would serve.

Then one day, it hit. What if we didn’t try and create something new? What if we took the incredible flavours that we already have and let them shine on their own?

Our chefs pull in the big shifts preparing them every day in our kitchens, like the absolute heroes they are. They deserve to have a canvas on which to paint works of art, fit for any gallery.

We've spent literal years perfecting our golden pieces of fried chicken joy. The process from start to finish takes 36 hours, and this doesn't even include our homemade sauces and fresh-cut ingredients. So instead of being caught in a head spin trying to create something new, we stuck to what we know and made it better...

We created the FLAVOUR SAVER. A small but mighty chicken sandwich that has two of our fan-favourite chicken tenders, some fresh crispy lettuce, and homemade crunchy slaw, and then hit up with a sauce of your choice to create an explosion of flavour. Perfect for those who want to freestyle it every day or try something new.
